Since its establishment in 1989, the Inspection Center has engaged in the product certification, the inspection on enterprises’ quality assurance capability, and the verification on enterprises’ ISO9000 quality system. Starting from May 2002, the center begins to engage in the inspections on enterprises’ compulsory and voluntary product certification and becomes one of major CQC inspection agencies on factory inspection, with the product range covering HEA and accessories, lighting appliances and accessories, small-power motors, electric tools, low-voltage appliances, and information and finance equipment. In its long time practices, the Center has formed sound cooperation with many international certification agencies and has successively undertaken trail inspections for JET, TUV and BEAB.
